Cecil's Streamside Dynamite Batter

Handcrafted fish batters both wet and dry, crafted and curated by chef/angler Carl Jones- Based out of Williamsford, ON Canada. Cecil's batter differs from other batters as it stays crisp after cooking, it does not sit heavy with oil and it is absolutely packed with flavor. The dry batter will be available in 3 flavors- Cajun, Lemon Pepper and Original (Cecil's Style) the wet batter is available in the original Cecil's style flavor.
